Other Edwin

Edwin is an anatomy library built for exocad DentalCAD. It provides a full arch of reference tooth shapes that can be assigned to any tooth position when starting a crown, a bridge unit or a full-anatomy restoration. Once chosen, an Edwin tooth becomes the proposal that the technician refines with the standard adaptation, morphing and free-forming tools in DentalCAD.

The morphologies are tuned so that adjacent units sit naturally together, which speeds up work on multi-unit restorations. Edwin is a good fit for laboratories that want another stylistic option next to their existing anatomy libraries. The library can be downloaded from the catalog and used directly in the DentalCAD tooth library selection.
