Cortex FullyGuided sleeve
The Cortex FullyGuided sleeve library is a CAD component package for fully guided implant surgery, developed by Israeli manufacturer Cortex Dental Implants. It is designed for use within the exoplan module of the exocad DentalCAD software platform. The library enables the design of surgical guides using guided sleeves from the FullyGuided product line, ensuring precise implant positioning through a pre-fabricated template without direct visualization of the alveolar ridge. Typical clinical indications include partial and complete edentulism, cases with limited interocclusal space, and immediate implantation protocols using surgical templates. The library is loaded into exoplan via Module Manager and applied during the virtual implant planning stage: the technician or surgeon places sleeve components at the desired positions, sets insertion depth and axial orientation, then exports an STL file of the template for 3D printing. Suitable for implant surgeons and dental technicians operating within a fully digital guided-surgery workflow. Cortex is a niche-to-mid-tier brand with strong presence in the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America, recognized for a broad range of implant systems and guided-surgery solutions.
