Cortex FullyGuided kit

The Cortex FullyGuided kit is a surgical guide library developed by Israeli manufacturer Cortex Dental Implants for use within the exoplan module of exocad CAD software. The library is based on the company's universal guided surgery kit and provides guiding cylinders and stoppers to ensure precise implant navigation along the planned trajectory. The fully guided workflow means the surgical template guides the drill and implant through all stages — from osteotomy to placement — without flap reflection. The library integrates directly into exoplan, allowing the clinician and dental technician to collaborate on the treatment plan: the surgeon positions the implant in the software while the technician designs the prosthetic restoration based on the planned outcome. This approach reduces deviation from the planned position, shortens surgery time and minimizes postoperative discomfort for the patient.
