Neodent Zi-Base centralized-milling is an implant library for exocad DentalCAD built around a Ti-Base component for the Neodent Zi-Base interface and intended for centralized-milling production. In the exocad implant wizard the Ti-Base geometry is selected so that the superstructure is correctly aligned to the cementation surface and screw channel.
The library is aimed at workflows in which the design is sent to a central milling centre that produces the restoration. It supports planning of single crowns and small bridges bonded to the Ti-Base. Together with standard exocad tools the designer manages emergence, margin position and the screw access. The library is available for download for laboratories using the Neodent Zi-Base solution.
