AB Dental Direct on MU

AB Dental Direct on MU is an exocad DentalCAD library that delivers Multi-Unit (MU) geometries for restorations seated directly on AB Dental multi-unit abutments. In the implant module the designer assigns each implant position to the corresponding MU interface, so the CAD software handles the screw channel orientation and the contact surface against the abutment shoulder.

This makes it especially useful for screw-retained bridges, hybrids and full-arch frameworks where every unit must thread cleanly to a multi-unit platform. The geometries are non-engaging by nature, which is typical for direct-to-MU work and gives the necessary passive fit across several abutments.

Margins, minimum wall thickness and screw access can be refined using the standard exocad parameters. The library can be downloaded and is aimed at laboratories doing full-arch restorative work on AB Dental MU components.
