Z-Systems Z5mt

Z-Systems is a Swiss company specializing in ceramic dental implants made from zirconia. The Z5m(t) line features conical implants with an SLM® (Selective Laser Melting) surface that provides a rough texture for enhanced osseointegration. The system holds FDA clearance for use in the United States. This library is designed for use in the exocad exoplan module and includes parameters for the Z5mt plan fda model: dimensions, thread design, connection geometry, and drilling protocols. The library is intended for prosthodontists and dental technicians planning restorations on Z-Systems ceramic implants. Ceramic implants are particularly suitable for patients with metal allergies and in cases demanding high aesthetics, especially in the anterior zone. The library requires exocad DentalCAD or exoplan installed. Available as a downloadable .zip file for seamless integration into the CAD workflow.
