Southern Implants sleeve library is a CAD component set for designing surgical guides in exocad exoplan and Guide Creator. Southern Implants is a South African dental implant manufacturer recognized for innovative implant solutions and guided surgery products. The sleeve line comprises surgical guide sleeves — precision components that serve as drill and implant placement guides. The library is loaded into exoplan via the Load Library function and contains CAD models of sleeves with bushings for guide pins. Intended for oral surgeons and dental technicians working with guided implant workflows. Typical workflow: implant planning in exoplan → virtual wax-up → surgical guide design with integrated sleeves → physical template fabrication.
