Bioner Bikelt

Bioner Bikelt is an implant system by the Spanish manufacturer Bioner, designed for soft bone conditions and post-extraction clinical scenarios. The double-pitch thread geometry provides high primary stability even in low-density bone, supporting immediate and early loading protocols. The Bikelt plan library for exoplan enables dental technicians and clinicians to design prosthetic restorations directly in the exocad exoplan environment: positioning abutments, configuring thread parameters and suprastructures, and verifying interocclusal clearances. Intended for surgeons using immediate or early loading protocols and for technicians performing CAD design of full-arch restorations on Bikelt implants.
